Iran will not transfer to other countries the flight recorder shot down Boeing

Iran does not intend to transfer the on-board recorder of the shot down airliner to IAU to other countries. This was stated by Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif in an interview with NBC News on February 15.
