Sucked from the cockpit: how the flight attendant saved the captain

June 10, 1990, the captain of the aircraft BAC 1-11 was thrown from the cockpit, where he pulled out a loose windshield. The incident occurred in the sky over Didcot in 13 minutes after takeoff BA5390 flight Birmingham – Malaga. At the last moment, the aircraft commander managed to grab one of the flight attendants. The second pilot managed to land the Board in 22 minutes. Passengers were not injured.
